Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling a paid entry

• Window: within 2 hours of payment and before the draw's countdown has started.
• Once the required entries are filled and the 60-second draw begins, entries can no longer be cancelled.
• To cancel, email info@victorykart.com with the order ID and UTR.
• Approved cancellations trigger a refund per our Return & Refund Policy — credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Cancelling a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) prize order

• COD entries can be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once the courier has picked up the item, it can no longer be cancelled — you may refuse delivery instead.
• Refusing 2 or more COD deliveries without valid reason may result in your account being blocked from COD in the future.

3. Cancellation by VictoryKart

We reserve the right to cancel any entry, participation or prize order if we detect fraud, duplicate accounts, chargeback abuse, out-of-stock items or force-majeure events. In such cases we refund 100% of the amount paid within 5–7 business days to the original payment source.
