Return & Refund Policy

1. Refunds on entry payments

A refund of your entry payment is issued in these cases:

• Amount debited from your account but no entry was created (proof: bank/UPI statement with UTR).
• Duplicate payment for the same entry, confirmed by us.
• Draw cancelled by VictoryKart for technical reasons before winner selection.

Refund duration & mode

• Request window: within 7 days of the payment date.
• Processing time: approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days and credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Refund mode: refund is issued to the same source used for payment — UPI ID, card, net-banking account or wallet. We do not refund by cheque, cash or to a different account.
• How to raise: email info@victorykart.com or WhatsApp +91 93923 96629 with your order ID, UTR and payment screenshot.

2. Product returns (prize delivery)

If you win a physical product and it is delivered damaged, defective or not-as-described, you may return it under the following terms:

• Report window: within 48 hours of delivery, with an unboxing video and photos of the item and packaging.
• Eligibility: item must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories, tags, invoice and warranty card intact.
• Resolution: at our discretion — free replacement, repair (via manufacturer warranty), or full refund to the original payment source.
• Reverse pickup: free of cost within serviceable pincodes; else you ship it back and we reimburse actual courier charges up to ₹200.
• Resolution time: within 10 business days of receiving the returned item at our address.

3. No refund is issued for

• Entries already approved and assigned a number simply because you did not win the draw.
• Entries from disqualified accounts (duplicate accounts, fake UTRs, chargebacks, manipulation).
• Change-of-mind returns on won prizes after 48 hours of delivery.
• Products damaged after delivery by mishandling.
