Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

• UPI payment debited but no entry was created (proof required: bank statement showing UTR).
• Duplicate payment for the same entry, confirmed by us within 24 hours.
• Draw cancelled by VictoryKart for technical reasons before winner selection.

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment via email to info@gallbiz.com with the UTR and screenshot. Refunds are processed to the originating UPI account within 5–7 working days.

No refund is issued for: entries already approved and assigned a number, entries from disqualified accounts, or simply because you did not win the draw.
