1. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and a resident of India to participate. By creating an account, you confirm this.

2. How participation works

• Each product lists an entry rate (₹/entry), required entries, and product value.
• You purchase one or more entries via UPI. Each unit is assigned a unique entry number.
• When required entries are filled, a 60-second countdown starts on the homepage. A winning entry number is auto-picked by a provably-fair random function.
• The participation holding that number wins the product.

3. Payment & verification

UPI is the only accepted method. Entries are reserved for the period shown (default 30 min) pending admin verification of UTR and proof. Unverified entries expire automatically and are released.

4. Winner selection

Winners are selected by a SECURITY DEFINER Postgres function using PostgreSQL's random() with weighted entry-number mapping. No human can override the result. The winning number and winner are publicly displayed.

5. Prize delivery

We will contact the winner via phone/WhatsApp/email within 48 hours. Prizes are dispatched within 7–14 working days to a verified Indian address. Taxes/duties (if any) are the winner's responsibility per Indian law.

6. Fraud

Duplicate accounts, fake UTRs, payment chargebacks, or any manipulation result in immediate disqualification and forfeit of entries. We track IP, device fingerprint and user-agent for fraud prevention.

7. Limitation of liability

VictoryKart's liability is capped at the total entry amount you paid for the disputed draw. We are not responsible for UPI/bank failures outside our control.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
