1. Where we ship

We ship prizes across all serviceable pincodes in India only. International shipping is not available.

2. Shipping charges

Free shipping on all won prizes. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, a nominal COD handling fee (shown at checkout, if applicable) may be added.

3. Dispatch & delivery timelines

• Dispatch: within 3 business days of the winner being confirmed and delivery address verified.
• Delivery — metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery — Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery — remote / North-East / island pincodes: up to 10–14 business days after dispatch.
• Overall (order to doorstep): normally within 7–14 business days.

4. Courier partners & tracking

We ship via reputed Indian couriers — Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, XpressBees, India Post & equivalents. A tracking number is emailed and made available under My Entries → Order on your account within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Delivery attempts

• Couriers make up to 3 delivery attempts. Keep your phone reachable.
• If undelivered after 3 attempts, the parcel returns to us. Re-shipping is chargeable at actual courier cost.

6. Damaged / missing shipments

Please record a short unboxing video at the time of delivery. Report any damage, tampering or missing items within 48 hours at info@victorykart.com. Claims raised after 48 hours cannot be honoured by our courier partners.
