1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Account: name, phone, email, delivery address, pincode.
• Participations: entries purchased, order/transaction reference, payment date & time, gateway response.
• Payment metadata: we do NOT store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Razorpay / CCAvenue / PayU).
• Device & fraud signals: IP address, browser user-agent, anonymous device fingerprint — used to detect duplicate/fraudulent entries.
• Cookies & analytics: Google AdSense and basic analytics may set cookies for ad personalisation and traffic measurement.

3. How we use it

To verify payments, allocate entry numbers, run winner draws, ship prizes, send transactional emails/WhatsApp/SMS messages, prevent fraud, and comply with Indian law (Information Technology Act 2000, Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, Income Tax Act 1961).

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: (a) payment processors (Razorpay, CCAvenue, PayU), (b) courier partners for prize delivery, (c) hosting providers, and (d) law-enforcement / statutory authorities when legally required. Winner first names and masked phone numbers are publicly displayed on the Winners page.

5. Data retention

Account & participation records are retained for a minimum of 8 years to comply with Indian tax law. You may request deletion of non-mandatory data at any time by emailing info@victorykart.com.

6. Google AdSense

Third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. You may opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ads Settings.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data by emailing info@victorykart.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is restricted via row-level security policies. Payment proofs are stored in private buckets.

9. Children

VictoryKart is not directed at users under 18. Do not use the platform if you are a minor.
