2. Information we collect

• Account: name, phone, email, UPI ID (optional).
• Participations: entries purchased, UTR transaction reference, payment date/time, proof screenshot.
• Device & fraud signals: IP address, browser user-agent, anonymous device fingerprint — used to detect duplicate/fraudulent entries.
• Cookies & analytics: Google AdSense and basic analytics may set cookies for ad personalization and traffic measurement.

3. How we use it

To verify payments, allocate entry numbers, run winner draws, send transactional emails/WhatsApp messages, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share with payment processors, hosting providers (Lovable Cloud), and law enforcement when legally required. Winner first names and masked phone numbers are publicly displayed on the Winners page.

5. Google AdSense

Third-party vendors including Google use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing info@gallbiz.com. Account closure does not erase records required for legal/tax purposes.

7. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Payment proofs are stored in private buckets with row-level security.

8. Children

VictoryKart is not directed at users under 18. Do not use the platform if you are a minor.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use means acceptance.
